BAOBAB as a partner in the Coalition for the Domestication of the Maputo Protocol (CODMAP), conducted a successful advocacy visit to the Chairman House committee on Civil Society Organizations and development in Nigeria, Hon. Victor Obuzor.
During this visit, we sought the chairman’s endorsement for the domestication of the Maputo Protocol in Nigeria.
The event proved to be highly productive as the chairman not only pledged his support but also committed to collaborating with the team to facilitate the participation of women in politics and high level decision making processes.
